After December

After a year apart and an avalanche of hurt, will these two college lovers be able to make amends, or is their relationship too damaged to salvage?
 
When Jenna Brown ended things with Jack Ross, she lied and told him she wanted to get back together with her ex. It wasn't true, but she knew it was the only thing she could say to convince Jack to leave her and take the opportunity of a lifetime to study film in France for a year. While Jack is overseas, Jenna takes a break from school, living back home and working as a personal trainer. But as she grows tired of her parents treating her like a child for her choices, Jenna can't stay any longer; she decides to return to college and to her friends―Naya, Will, and above all, Jack, who she misses, even though she's not ready to face him yet.
 
Jack Ross was still supposed to be in France. Turns out, he is also back on campus, but he's different. Having shot a movie that's about to be released, Jack should be happy; but after losing Jenna a year ago, he finds himself in a downward spiral, addicted to his old vices. Seeing her again only twists the knife deeper.
 
No longer the same young people who started college before December, all have matured, been through difficult times and found their way back to each other. But is there a future for Jenna and Jack?
